Think you could land a space craft on the surface of a moon without crashing? Well now you can test your skill with this incredibly addictive game. Simply tilt your iPhone/iPod to rotate your Lander and touch the screen to start your thrusters - then carefully land on one of the 6 landing pads in each level without crashing!

FEATURES:

Automatic zooming.
Multiple Levels with 6 landing pads.

Fuel and Points bonuses for landing successful landings and progressing to next level.

Each level has increasing difficulty, increasing gravity, more challenging landscape and landing pads.


INSTRUCTIONS:
Simply tilt the phone to rotate the Lander and touch the screen to fire your thrusters. Make sure you land very carefully as your Lander is very fragile. Search out the 6 landing pads for each level - to progress you must land on all 6 landing pads.

Points are awarded for the landing.
Bonus Points are awarded for the difficulty of the landing pad.
Bonus Fuel is awarded for landing pads that have flashing indicators.

Addition bonus points and fuel when you complete a level.

When you crash you will receive a fuel penalty.

The game is over when you run out of fuel.

I'd love to see some of the older vector games be remade like Red Baron.

If you were in the arcades in '79 you saw a game very close to this, Lunar Lander by that big company with the A name.

It had a huge thrust lever, and two buttons, left and right.

This is a pretty good remake of it.

You tilt to control ship attitude, and touching anywhere thrusts.

As a slight change, you are tasked with landing on each pad (some of which are to the left of the screen and invisible till you go there) to end each level.

I wish there was a left and right button, and a vertical slider to control thrust so its not just an on and off thing.

No pause button though, it really needs a way to pause.

But it really is a good remake of the original, I'll give it an 8/10 for all retro fans.

A lite version is available, too.
