Why is Apple calling me?

I recieved a voicemail earlier from a representative from Apple regarding the app I submitted yesterday. I haven't submitted an app in a long time since yesterday so is this a new policy? The app was previously rejected for being useless. Any idea why they are calling?

Send a message via AIM to dogmeat
maybe since you sent them a useless app, they sent you a useless call?

They are likely calling you to tell you why the App was rejected and to inform you to change some feature of the game in order to get it accepted.

The app wasn't rejected it is in review. When I said rejected I mean it was rejected a really long time ago.

I was surprised when Apple called me over the Christmas holidays in response to the initial submission of Pocket Boxer. In the past, they've usually gotten in touch via email if at all. It was certainly a nice gesture on their part, and I believe that if this is a new policy, it's a wise move on their part. A quick phone call is more efficient than the typical vague emails, as you can get any needed clarification right then and there.

BTW, what was your app?
