Gore Ball Coming Soon

Hi everyone,

Long-time lurker but I'm not very active on the forums. Hope it's ok to post this. We wanted to let you know about our new game, Gore Ball. I'm one of the devs on it. It's at Apple for approval and should be in the App Store soon. We'll post back in the "released" forum with some promo codes once it's available on the store.

Gore Ball is one quirky game. We still can't decide whether it's action, adventure or arcade play. All of the above! I won't give away too much but this first quest is a hack-n-slash, brick-breaker with some cool extras. Oh and zombies that go splat! We've got some pretty cool plans for updates in the works too.

You can see a gameplay video here:

or visit our website: http://www.gearworxprod.com

Secret tip: Master using Curve Ball - it's one spell that will save your life and it's just plain cool!

Be back soon!

Official release stuff...
Story Overview:
Hale Galeric, a knight, returns home from the holy crusades only to find his way of life and spiritual beliefs have been turned upside down. A pure evil has swept across the land, killing Hale's wife and daughter in its wake. The people call it The Darkness as the light itself can not escape its clutches. Called upon by the Gods, Hale takes up his sword and pushes fourth to cleanse the land and restore peace to all.

Chapter One Synopsis:
In this first chapter of Hale's Quest, The Darkness has plagued the land causing the undead to rise from their graves. Hey All;

I am the other partner in crime in this games development (2 man dev team). I am super excited to get this game out to you the public. This is Chapter One in a series, starring Hale and telling the tale of his tragic loss and adventure. Not only do we have some cool updates planned for this game, but we also have a slick sequel in the planning phase. (more on that soon)

Anyway I just wanted to stop in and say hello to you all and let you know that Pete and I are very active in our games and will continue to support the community.

Kind Regards;

Steve (aka ColPhilBilko in OF)
