Best air-guitar solo ever?

I don't see a video and I don't see a poll.

This guy is incredible.
He manages to play an amazing guitar solo without a hand!

Achilles Last Stand - Jimmy Page (Led Zepplin)

That's probably my favorite solo off an album, there are some live performance solos from a few bands that I really enjoyed, but I won't list those.

I second that. My jaw dropped the first time I heard that. Hard to believe that was the dude's warmup... Crap, that was insane.

They may not be the best solos technically, but mine are the one at the end of White Walls by Between the Buried and Me and the several found in Disease, Injury, Madness.

I'm not sure how this relates to general game discussion, but okay.

I don't have a favorite, but the one that's always playing in the back of my mind is:

Gun - John Cale

I don't think whoever plays the solo is notable at all, but I'm very fond of it.
