The desc on itunes says it has Super Mario 123, Mario 64, Zelda etc

apparently there are still many many Mario type apps on iTunes. Seems Apppp doesnt care anymore about copy... nor the rightful owner?

Too bad for copyright issues. It would be cool to have TONS of game music on 1 app.............the first few Final Fantasy games............great music. Also Secret of Mana..........nice music in those games.

You will still have the app once it gets pulled so that's not an issue...
But the fact that this is likely badly made and the moral issues are the actual issues.

Agreed... the systems seems to be at Apple is that providing it passes their certification tests (regardless of copyright issues) the app goes live until such time the IP holder steps in and the app gets removed.

This app however looks poor just from the screenshots... (considering they have some of the best borrowed artwork to work with!)

What's up with the 4 year old kids handwriting on the menu screens...

I'll pass on this one
