OddBlob - squishy new arcade game from Astraware

Hi!

Wanted to share a few details about our next game release called OddBlob.

OddBlob is a groovy little clay dude that bounds across the squishy maze to grab bonuses, chomp fruit, and win points as quickly as he can as the chasing tiles disappear behind.

The game has 2 play modes, includes OpenFeint high scores and achievements and has a groovy soundtrack. It also includes the My iPod Music feature found in all our recent games that allows you to create a music playlist from your iPod from within the game.

We're preparing a demo video which will be uploaded before the game is released.

Finally, here's the game icon!

Definitely interested as well ASSUMING this is a cool randomized/highscore/survival like thing and not a matter of solving pre-scripted layouts.

Yes indeed the squishy mazes are randomly generated each time you start a level, so you'll get a different tile layout, fruit and bonuses each time.

Difficulty starts quite easy for a couple of levels and then builds from there so it's accessible to everyone from little kids upwards.

We've submitted the game to the App Store today. Based on our recent approvals, you might see it as early as Monday!

We're just in the process of writing a blog piece about the creation of the game and the graphics. We'll post a link soon!
