well it doesn't say it has to be good but just something, i mean i can't make anything good on the iphone, when i first read it thought it meant gfx from iphone apps and i have a really cool background in my app... but w/e it is a random drawing so a crappy pic like mine could win...
I wish everyone the best of luck but I will not be entering since a year or two ago a site called onemilliinfreetshirts.com had the same thing, but once the spaces were filled everyone got a free tshirt. This turned out to be a huge scam and had an almost identical layout and also started out asking for payments like you did.
but the problem here is that it is free and it takes about 5 seconds to draw the pic... if no one wins and its a scam oh well about 5 seconds wasted... darn.
well damn, I have a few pictures I drew before this contest was for an iPad and have been waiting for the last minute to see if this was contest was even real. (If not I won't be happy at all) One of the pictures took me more than a day of work using only brushes
