Playscreen: Super Seekret Game Preview

I grabbed a picture of this .... not saying when it's coming out and I'll leave it to your imagination what it is all about:

A late game is only late until it ships. A bad game is bad until the end of time.

The game play is a tribute to a video game I loved as a kid. The theme is pretty darn obvious.

The "money" game is cool in that you can play with tilt or with finger drag.

There's another game I REALLY wanted to show a sneak preview, but the graphics aren't final. It's a incredible 3D puzzler.

Then there's the big multiplayer stuff. All in good time.

Here's the truth.

I look at the top 100 apps and honestly, I don't see a 'formula' for success. I think you have to put out quality, care about game play and keep on trying new things. The iPhone has become the MOST INTERESTING GAME MARKET I have ever seen. I don't recall any time as exciting as this in the game business. The App Store simply is the most important thing to happen in games in a decade.
