**Media reviews

-Sometimes you just need this sort of classic "go to" game on your iPhone.
One that's fun, plot less, and has long term replayability. Well, here it is.

-I honestly had a hard time putting this game down to write this review.
If you like puzzle games that require fast fingers I would highly recommend this game.

pluto6's comments:

This game has been out quite a long time. Can anyone comment on whether it is a good puzzler or not? I know there is a lite, and will try it, but lites don't always tell the whole story.

I did not find a specific thread on it, just a few comments scattered around the board. I would love to get some opinions, and if it is a good puzzler - on sale now for a great price!

I've had it on my ipod since may and still play it from time to time. It's basically tetris in 3d. The structure rotates by itself and You rotate the peices. As you progress, the structure raises in height at a faster rate. I played it all the time until I topped out my high score. Also, there are a few choices of background music, which I enjoyed.

I think this must have been one of the first games I bought back when they had only the 1st Gen iPod Touch and every time I've updated my device (now a 3GS), it's been the very first game I've put on - even if I've had not time to restore all the other games. I think it's a very enjoyable form of, how to say... 3-D column tetris, if that makes sense? However it's seen, for me at least, it's played daily.

It's a very simple game in that it doesn't bombard you with dozens of power-ups or special blocks, but sometimes a game is best played that way. Visually very clean and the game-play interface keeps you focused on the action itself. It has built in global scoreboards - daily and overall - (not OF/Plus/etc...) so, in that way, it just does one thing - shows where you are in relation to other players around the world. Sometimes it's best that way, simple.

Controls are v.simple... swipe left, swipe right and swipe down - and I've never had a problem with them - I've not seen anybody else comment on problems that commonly plague games like this. So, from this point of view, you're good to go.

I wouldn't have any hesitation in buying it - at $0.99 - simply a steal and I don't see how any real puzzle fiend could not have it on their iDevice. I haven't played the lite version so I don't know how it differs, but I would say if evenly vaguely enjoyed the lite, you'll like the full version much much more.

Hope that helps, and that you enjoy it - I do!
