First, this article was posted on appletell.com:
http://www.appletell.com/apple/comme...pad-april-3rd/ However, in the comments in their posting about this on facebook, they went on to report: Intellivision: iPhone/iTouch app currently awaiting Apple approval! So cool. Retro-gaming goodness continues. I imagine this being a pre-set selection of games included, and the rest being available as in-app purchases, but maybe it will be the full collection like the Intellivision Lives CD-ROMs. This is being put out by the original copyright holders, so there should be none of the IP issues that face other emulators like C64. I am interestested to see how the keypad is emulated on the iPhone. in the ipad it should be pretty simple, lots more real estate. Last edited by jmelrose; 03-25-2010 at 08:16 AM.. |
