Jumpo! HD - cartoon adventure game for ipad

Hello everyone. This Blade from olsonvox. I just wanted to give you a peek at Jumpo! HD which is slated for release next week. The iPhone version has been getting great reviews and is now up on New and Noteworthy pages around the world today.

It has been really fun to make a bigger adventure with all the new screen real estate. I can't wait to play it on the iPad myself! The big screen shows such more exciting animation.

SLATED to be priced at $1.99

Enjoy!

Wow, trippy! I saw that the iPhone version is featured this week. Nice job. I'm curious and am asking you guys with iPad apps, how did you determine your price?

Sorry, I don't have a video of it yet. I will work on that today There is a video of it iPhone version though. They are pretty similar. The big difference is the big screen and more places to jump around. The animations look so awesome on the bigger screen.

here is a link to the iPhone version on YouTube

I will post the iPad version as soon as it is ready.

I wanted to make a game that was not too expensive, but fun for all ages.

Visually it looks fantastic... how much time went into the design?

Looks awesome! I love the trippy graphics. Does it have an equally strange soundtrack?

Chirpin:

It is about a month of development time. The drawings are the most fun part to do for me. I have sketchbooks full of hundreds of characters which will definitely be seeing the light of day in future games. There are a few more of the characters on the www.olsonvox.com website. Check out the customer support page... I think we have the most awesome customer support agent ever.

Also our publicist and artists and relations guys are pretty rad too.

These guys and many more will be coming to life soon on iPhone and iPad games.

Eastbound, as for the soundtrack. There are a lot of cool sound effects in this game. You could describe them as "old school" bleeps and boings and zaps. I think it definitely adds to the trippy quality.
