Ok I have played this on the iPod touch version how different is the layout of the game on the iPad version, worth buying? or should I just play the ipod touch version on the iPad with 2x magnification?

The iPad native version is definitely worth having over iPod 2x, grab it while it's on sale!

Finally on sale.

13 $ was too much. 7 $ seems ok

Keep in mind that the app hasn't been updated in over a year and there are many complaints about crashes... so save often if you do buy. I picked it up as well after playing the 360 version and iPod version for some time.

One note about CivRev on the iOS, from what I remember reading when it initially came out, the devs mentioned that although the interface is obviously customized to the touch device, the back-end code is identical to the full console version. That means the AI and everything is the same as the $50 version.

Just added a few bucks to my account... Should I get it?

Big CIV fan, but I'm a little worried about the lack of updates...
Does it crash a lot as people are saying!?

Thanks in advance!

I haven't played in a while and hope most crashes were worked out by that last patch.

Any folk still experiencing crashes on an iPad 1st Gen with iOS 4.3.4? If so are they reproducible and tied to specific actions?
