Hello people!

Spearhead Entertainment is happy to announce the upcoming
release of the game Phoenix Spirit coming to the AppStore
the 17th of May.

The main appeal of the game is about exploring the forest
and discovering the cause of the Mother Tree's illness.
To do this you will be able to unlock new areas as well
as revisit old areas in order to gain new powers to cure
the disease. People who are familiar with games like
Metroid, Castlevania or Aquaria should feel right at home!

The gameplay is comparable to a traditional shooter but with the
freedom of flying. This adds exciting new gameplay in a whole new dimension!

Phoenix Spirit is a game that is for everyone. Even if you haven't
played games before it will be easy to understand with it's simple
controls and gameplay using the iPhone's accelerometer.
Getting through the game will be fun and provide plenty of challenge.

Thank you for your applications everyone! I'm happy to
unofficially announce that the first closed beta test should
be live later this week or early next week, depending on
how ready we deem the product to be.

There are however still spots to take if anyone wants
in on the beta, so don't hesitate to send an application
to testing@spearheadgames.com if you're insterested

as a teaser I'll share some more music from the
development flow of this game, this time the piece
"Forest of Souls", I hope it inspires you!
