Gauss

We're the Spiralstorm team (responsible for Flyloop and Freedom Run). Our game tonight will be Gauss for the iPad (and eventually the iPhone).

The goal is to guide Owen the particle through a field of magnets by switching its polarity to get from one side of the field to the other without touching any of the magnets. Touching them will cause a chain of explosions that ends in colossal distraction...

Screenshots and more details will be coming soon.

EDIT: New screenshot. Video below

What do you think?

sounds awesome will you be able to combine multiple magnets together to cancel or amplify it's effect?

That'd be really cool, or even to have moveable magnets that can be dragged around. We'll see how things go with the core gameplay and will do this if there's enough time.

Here's an initial animation for one of the magnetic areas in Gauss. Your feedback is welcome.
