Well, I have played a three inning game and I am very impressed with this game. You can set in options to do a three or nine inning game and the modes are to play a season or play an exhibition game. The spring training mode is just a quick tutorial. There is also a team editor but I don't have time to mess with it now.

Game mechanics are almost all tilt, touch based. Pitching is selcting what type of pitch you want, tilting where you want to put the pitch and then touching the selected pitch. The batter tries to guess the pitch and gets an advantage if he is right.

Batting is tapping once to enter the box (you do this each time as it calibrates your location) and then you tilt to locate the pitch as it comes in and touch to hit. This works very well. Running to a base is automatic but you can tap the next base to get the running to continue on.

Fielding is mostly automatic, which I like. However, pop flys bring up four gloves that you try to touch when they all connect. Other than that, you tap the base you want to throw to ect.

Overall it feels like an arcade game. The voice is really nice as are the sounds. Graphics are a little chunky but overall everything is nicely done.
