Finally watched Inception today. It's easily one of the best movies I've seen.

Playing: Chopper 2, Pocket God, Minigore, Battle Bears-1, Doodle Jump, Tilt to Live, SuperMega Worm
Plus+: J3553 | Feint: J3553H | Crystal: J3553 | Gameloft Live: J3553

They were CGI. Blu-ray extra features ftw.

Jones preferred using models instead of digital animation. Jones worked with Bill Pearson, the supervising model maker on Alien, to help design the lunar rovers and helium-3 harvesters in the film. The moon base was created as a full 360-degree set, being 85–90 feet (26–27 m) long and approximately 70 feet (21 m) wide.
I think the only CGI was when they knocked down the communication jammer.

the fun ends here

Oh I thought you'd switched to talking about District 9 since RttaM injected it into the conversation.

I personally prefer Models over CGI. - Moon is a good example of how movies feel a bit more real when they use Models instead of CGI.

Depends what you're modelling... something like King Kong would look like crap. Not that the film was all that good, but the monkey CGI was nice.

Inception is a good one, just make sure you actually "Dream" yourself, otherwise you might get confused at first

IF Tv series are considered as movies, Supernatural is a must!

So The Expendables was a ****ing horrible movie. The plot was bad, the action scenes were cheesy, and I loved every second of it. The whole thing was so kick ass it's amazing.
