VeganTnT beat me to the post, but Dot Matrix is pleased to announce that DominionHD is now live!

BigDrahma:

DominionHD supports local and online multiplayer for up to 5 players.

Local multiplayer may have a mix of AI and User Players. Each Player takes their turn independently, which I think is what you mean by pass-and-play?

The online support is very robust. You may be active in multiple games at a time, where you take your turn at your convenience within the time limit set for a turn (asynchronous turn taking).

the game is awesome i was hoping it was alot like risk. and it is but better and polished. love that theres achievements also. great job devs
