Edit Settings App?

Hey I just jailbroke my iPod and saw that someone got their Setting app (the one from Apple) and changed the icons inside as well as the background. How is this done? Like he got the "Music" icon that's in the settings page and changed it to the music icon he had out in the springboard.

UPDATE:

I still need an answer to the question above. But the update is an update to my theme. Not the one below. I really need a icon for FreeMemory; i.TV ; and TouchGrind so that they fit in with my theme. Could someone help me? See new theme:

Oh come on! So many ppl that have jailbroken devices are here and no one can tell me how to edit the setting thing?

Try going to the modmyi forums. They have a larger jailbreaking community there, it might be a quicker way of getting an answer
