iPad Rank and Correlating Sales?

I am wondering if some iPad game developers are willing to throw some numbers out. I know the ipad market is new and I know new apps are added everyday.

Short:

What ranks in the games top200 or apps top200 correlate to how many sales?

Long version Minor rant and my situation:

Suds McKenzie HD (sig) or http://bit.ly/dyrn86 was fortunate to launch on May 28th - International iPad store. So far the feedback has been great for the game (still looking for a review :P) But I thought new iPad owners would flock to the iPad store and pick it up at a meager 1.99

We are highly visible right now and I do like the new app store changes. We peaked so far at 31 in the adventure category which gave us about 15 sales the second day and put us outside the top200 games category

I am a bit stunned. The app is highly rated and the feedback is good. I sent out promo codes to 20+ sites and enthusiastic iPaders.

I am beginning to think that you need to at least be in the top200 in games to see any decent return.

For any of you devs out there fortunate enough to make it in the iPad Games top200, can you give your current rank and # of sales just to have something to benchmark it to.

Card Shark Solitaire Deluxe
#4 in Casino Games (iPad) on May 27, 2010
#5 in Card Games (iPad) on May 25, 2010
#70 in Top Games (iPad) on May 30, 2010
#173 in Top Apps (iPad) on May 31, 2010

Like the other AppStores, you make exponentially more the closer you are to the top, and if your app isn't search friendly and isn't on an iDevice top list, you'll be lucky to get any sales at all.

Supposedly Apple tracks purchases made on iPad separately from those made on an iPhone/iPod for purposes of determing daily rankings - I don't know if this is really the case, or just misinformation. In any event, I typically see
~200 US sales a day with a lot of fluctuation, and given that it's a universal app, I have no way of knowing what proportion of those purchases are being done from the iPhone vs. iPad.
