Here is the lowdown:
-No way does it run at 60fps. Being a graphics engineer, I can detect a rough frame rate with my eyes. Touch Hockey runs at about 40fps max and sometimes even slower.
-The AI is great, actually really good. Nice work there.
-Ad's every 5 minutes? Why?
-Realtime 3d rendering? Nope. They are 2d sprites, no 3d rendering in this game.
-Instant replay!!!? WOW! Me like that. More games need this.
-Sounds and graphics are good.
-FREE!!

Overall, you have a great game! Consider taking the ads out and making the game menus load a bit faster and you have a game that you could charge for.

Great work though, just be careful what you say about the games spec wise.

- Thank you for checking out Touch Hockey and the positive words!
- 60 frames per second is accurate. The game clock runs at that speed and is verified through other tools.
- 3D rendering does exist. If you slide the mallet right and left you will see the perspective change. This is most notable by observing the knob and the shadows shift direction.

i also just quickly noticed that it will not let you play, at least the first time haven't tried again, unless you are connected to the internet, maybe to download the ads?

It has to be connected to the internet to get the ads.

To Dev:
Be careful saying 3D rendering. Unless your game uses a full 3D engine and models, then there will be no real 3D rendering. Dynamic shadows and sprites are not 3D rendering. The game still looks great.

Also, watch out if you are trying to capture the refresh rate from the iPhone emulator in the SDK; you may catch your MAC/Moniter FPS causing fake results. It's likes playing a 10fps game on a PC, you then capture the FPS, it could pick up your background FPS causing it to say higher.

If you can physically prove to me the FPS, I'll stick with my Refresh Rate knowledge and say its around 40FPS max.

Good work though! Get this game everyone.
