I'm also getting this error for an app (Hello Zombies) that went free and updated on the 4th (I've never downloaded this app before). I clicked on the Free button and the error window pops up. So I'm thinking that if I delete Qwak from my iTunes and try to download it again, I will probably still get the error. This error seems to be happening to apps that were updated on the 4th. EDIT: I just tried deleting/redownloading Qwak and it still won't download and I still get the error I hope Apple fixes this soon.

WooHoo, Apple fixed the problem and I was finally able to download it this morning.
The button "touch zones" are messed up in the game with the update. Like touching above the L/R arrows will also make you move and touching anywhere from the center of the screen to the Pause button in the upper right corner, Pauses the game Anyone else have this problem (I'm using and iPod Touch 4G with the latest iOS)?

. Looking in the options shows a large touch area for the control buttons, but the pause button for the rest of the screen is a bit awkward. I keep pausing the game while I'm playing
