Over 200,000 players! They can't be wrong.

Duck Hunt was also released as an arcade game in 1984 as Vs. Duck Hunt, and is included in the Play Choice-10 arcade console.

The game has one mode:

* One Duck - In each round, there are 10 ducks for the player to shoot down. Only one duck appears on screen at a time, and the player has three shots to hit it.

In the first mode, a dog retrieves the ducks a player shoots, and laughs at the player if both of the birds on screen escape (and if the player fails to advance to the next level).
The dog being shot in Vs. Duck Hunt.

Hmm, any type of aiming reticle is eerily missing from the screenshots.

Could that mean that this is a tap to shoot game!

Please tell me that this is NOT tap to shoot! and there is an aiming reticle!

wow, the dev didn't even bother to make a duck hunt clone, but had the gall to straight rip off duck hunt, sprites, icon, and all.

So... there is one duck at a time and the dog laughs if both ducks exit the screen. Confused. Purchased. Added to the collection.

Neither the worst nor the best Duck Hunt clone for the iPhone. It is tap-to-kill. Not as close to the real game as one might think at first glance. Not very fun at all. You would be better off picking up Original Duck Hunt while it is still around.

NOOOO, How could they do that to this game?!?! Tap to Kill? - Sorry, but FAIL.

and I have to agree with StarJim, You should pick up Original Duck Hunt if you dont have duck hunt and want it.

It'll be interesting to see how long it takes Nintendo to take this down. I mean, seriously... there are copyrights, people!

Original DH is good. Not tap-to-shoot, good controls, two-duck mode, saves game on exit, and boots FAST.
