I have the iPhone version but haven't seen an update for this. Is this going to be a separate purchase?

No, it is an update with universal support. The update has been approved but it hasn't gone out yet. It will soon though.

The itunes link shows the new game... it may take a few moments to refresh the update.

It looks very interesting, but I have one question. Do you have to watch each roll of the dice, or is there some sort of fast forward mode? That was one thing I disliked about some of the original Risk variant.

Thanks, Michael

Just noticed this:

➤ Option to enable/disable dice outcome display

Never mind. Off to get the game.

Hi guys,

Picked this up this morning. Had a couple of games against AI and a few against a human player. Unfortunately I did not get to play a game online as there were no games going.

My impressions thus far:

The graphics are fantastic, I love the look of the world map and the graphics of the bonus cards. I own dominion HD and am following the development of risk, and both have a neon-map look which I don't like. The graphics in blood and honor are clean and crisp.

The game plays great as you would expect. My only comment would be that it is sometimes hard to click on your units (tanks) on the game screen when you want to launch an attack. The game goes through the same deploy, attack, move mechanism as with dominion and risk. The game cards offer a chance to turn the tide by dropping nukes, getting additional reinforcements, additional dice rolls to attack And defense, and many more.

There are mutliple scenarios ranging from the pacific theatre, to the world maps.

Overall, this is my favorite world domination style game. Hopefully more people jump on this game so I have more people to play with online. Also the price doesn't hurt.
