App description: It offers plenty of hours of entertainment in a simple resource management framework, making it an impressive casual game - GameZebo.com (4.0/5.0)

I just had to review "My Kingdom For The Princess" because I think it is probably one of the best games currently available for the iPad - KitGuru Gaming

A horrible tornado hit King Sigmund's kingdon and woke up an evil dragon. Now it's up to you, Arthur, a brave knight, to restore the land and roads to escort Princess Helen back to her uncle.

My Kingdom for the Princess is an addictive, award-winning game with unique gameplay that combines time management, strategy, and simulation. Your goal within each level is to make all the repairs you need to get to the next board: fix bridges, remove trees that were blown down by the storm, break rocks and repair various structures. Manage your workers wisely to get the work done on time!

Features:
- Unique mixture of genres - time-management, strategy, and simulation
- Smooth graphics, soundtrack and voice over
- Special temporary bonuses during the game - additional worker, increased worker's speed, etc.
- Plenty of special tasks to keep you on toes
- Diverse achievements for excellent performance

My Kingdom for the Princess has easy to learn rules, and offers lots of opportunities to create different strategies. Let the quest for Princess Helen's heart begin!

I've played this on my pc and it's brilliant! This may look like a kid's game - but it's not. Basically you have to reach exit points by gathering resources and clearing obstacles, which requires quite a bit of strategy. There are plenty of reviews and mac/pc demos of this game if you want to try before you buy. I'm a huge fan of Nevosoft casual games and hope more of their catalog is ported to iphone/ipad.

I just bought the game after checking about the reviews mentioned above - they check out by the way. Looks like about 40 levels as far as I can tell, sweet production values I think after about ten minutes in the game I will be playing this for the next couple of days. Buy it if you are at all interested in settler/civ. type games, just a bit more casual but in a good way.
By the way for you uk TA'ers: Argos are doing 2 x 15 iTunes cards for only 20 this weekend for fathers day. So I bough 14 today so I should be ok for apps for the next couple of weeks! [This is not an advertisement by the way mods -more of a hint ]

Yeah I played the crap out of this on the PC. It's a really really great title.
It's a very unique "click management" game. You have a limited amount of time to clear a path to the level "exit". So it requires a bit of strategy to figure out the optimum path to take through the level.
HIGHLY recommended by me.

I tried finding some videos of this but the quality of what I could find wasn't very good.

I think this looks really good but don't understand how it plays.
