"+" before some games' prices?

"+" before some games' prices?

I was on the app store, and I saw that a couple games now have a "+" next to their prices (like Canabalt and Geometry wars). What does this mean?

Username on every gaming network I'm on: kaboom132. I have tested 21 games. Will test your game if you wish!

that they're universal apps.
It even says that in iTunes.

I thought it meant they were 4.0 compatible
