I guess the original dev needs more artists to make his game, ngmoco's cash from Kleiner Perkins' iFund, and ngmoco's marketing prowess.

If you read their blogs, they will have 2 intriguing introductory apps which most likely be cheap or free, and "Premium" apps by the end of the year. Most likely one of those "Premium" offerings will be Rolando, so expect this to retail for $9.99.
