Help with "wrong" comment in app store


we just got the second comment for our newly released app in the US store and the comment states that the application "does not work on iOS4". Well, the application does work fine with iOS4, so is there any way to get this comment removed/altered? Probably not... I think this comment is gonna hurt the sales.

Any advice?

Surely you can just post a comment of your own, making it clear that you're the dev & that the OP is mistaken.

I don't have an account in the US store (yet). But I could add a note to the application description. Or is there any other way that I haven't found yet?

Is it really that difficult to create an iTunes US Store account?
You can surely update the description too....
Also I owe you a review which will make it LOUD & CLEAR

No, it's no big deal creating an account... but I thought there might be an "easier" way.

Add it to the description. Say it's been fully tested and works with iOS4 and give a website or email address that people can contact you with if they have problems.
