Second-Gen Testers for Xenome Needed

Hey all,

We have made some significant progress in getting Xenome playable on second generation iDevices. While this will naturally improve the performance on the devices Xenome is currently compatible with, we will need testers with 2nd Gen devices.

After our internal play, we will need your help to give the game some more thorough testing.

We will be accepting a number of users with:

iPhone 3g
iPod Touch 2nd Gen
iPod Touch 3rd Gen 8GB

Please send an email to beta@ninepound.com with the Subject: "2nd Gen Test"

In the email, please list your username on the official Xenome forums, the device you will be using and the UUID of that device.

If you are chosen, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after our internal testing of the updated version is complete.

Thanks for your time,

Nine Pound Studios

I applied, but referred to my device as an iTouch 2G when it's an 8gb 3G. How can I alter this without cocking up my application?

@ Lazuli

No worries, as you've documented it here, we can see. It really isn't a big deal, we would just like to make sure we have a well-rounded group of devices testing the game.

I'm what you could call a "casual" mobile gamer.
