I don't have multitasking on my iPhone 3G but shouldn't you lucky ones be able to play an iPhone game with iPod music while running?! Now you can record your stats simultaneously but don't drain batteries!

Didn't test it but it seems to be one of the most comprehensive sports, healthcare and fitness assistants available. Sweet: Voice feedback!
