Fruit Ninja HD - by Halfbrick Studios (v1.1.1 - GameCenter Multi)

How does the multiplayer work? Is it just two people playing the game at the same time or does what you do in your game, affect the person you are playing? I was looking for something like Tetris Attack, where you are actually battling each other.

You ARE attacking each other in a way. You are playing the game, exactly the same way as them, as if a mirror image. But you also have ability to send 1 bomb on their screen (which is quite a big bomb) every once in a while. So strategy is important, because you can anticipate when it wud be hardest for them to be avoiding the bombs.
Actually quite a fun mode.

Should be any day now! We were a bit behind on the iPad this time as we fixed up a few iPad specific bugs and spent some time trying to get the backgrounds to look a bit crisper. It's been sitting in 'Waiting for Review' for an age now!

According to iTunes, Fruit Ninja HD update has passed and should be available to download in the store, if not very shortly. Very keen to hear some impressions when someone grabs it! HD Fire Blade = WIN

True that. Whenever my little cousin sees me, these are the first two words she would shout at me. It's difficult to get my iPad back once she starts slicing.

Are you using unity3d as the gameengine? Or do you use something else?

I found it very frustrating trying to get the Fire Blade. Seems like it's down to luck if you get a combo after time expires and if you don't it's another minute and a half till maybe you get another chance. I prefer classic mode with bombs as well. The one chance I had for a combo it didn't register (or i just missed).

Other than that nice update. Wish there was more to unlock though I find those are the things that keep me playing the most.
