I am going to have to buy this. Was hoping it might be a little cheaper but I love the way the two player is set up.

$4.99 is the new $0.99 for iPad games these days. As long as the quality is there, I don't mind paying the premium for HD gaming.

I'm not usually one to complain but... couldn't they have used the screen a bit more efficiently?

The actual 'game' doesn't look much bigger then what you'd get on iPhone. The giant controls and huge cabinet borders are totally wasted space. I could even forgive them if the cabinet wasn't just a gray box... To me, this looks like some bedroom-programmer's botch job.

If they used the entire screen for the actual game - and bumped up the graphics just a notch - I'd probably get it.

But this? Not at $5.

Do you see "Galaxian for IPAD"? I like the in screen controls implementation of this game as better solution that this big controls that eat the ipad screen.

$4.99 is too high a price for a old game such as this.
