App description: The ORIGINAL traffic racing game .. many have tried to copy it, but none have come close.

Tired of rush hour traffic? Wish you had a sports car to fly between cars? With SpeedR, you will.

This fast paced traffic speeder game will put you into 7 different cars and see how well you do flying through traffic. It won't be easy though. You'll have to deal with police, semis and construction. If the police catch you or you damage your car too much, it's game over!

With a local high score, you'll be able to track how well you're doing personally. With the Global Leaderboard you will put yourself up against the world.

Just when you thought you were done speeding, you can turn the tables and try out CopR mode. In this mode it's your job to catch all the SpeedRs. If that wasn't enough, there's also KilldozR mode. In this mode, you're a fortified bulldozer and you must destroy as much as possible. 3 games for the price of one!

Think you have what it takes to handle these cars? Let's find out.

Features:
- Global Leaderboard, local High Score
- Fast Paced soundtrack to help keep you moving.
- 7 Different vehicles, unlocked as you level up, each with their own unique characteristics.
- Addicting pick up and go gameplay.
- Use the accelerometer to control your vehicle. If the controls are too sensitive, simply pick a less aggressive car.
- 3 different game modes, each with their own play style and high scores.

I decided to make my iPhone game, SpeedR, free for a few days. Download it and let me know what you think.

The top score has been there for a few months now so it'd be neat if one of you could beat it.

Game Impressions

I've always liked this game - for some reason the tilt-steering mechanism feels more rewarding than touch controls.

I think this one went under the radar because Racer came out about the same time, which has mega-snazzy graphics, but nowhere near the lasting gameplay as SpeedR (with it's different modes and cars to unlock.)

The different steering wheels/dashboards for the different cars is a nice touch.

Still think it would be cool to have a vertical mode in the game, but it's not a biggie.

P.S.> Any game where you get to drive the KillDozer gets bonus points in my book.

Thank you very much for the compliment. I'm honestly not very good at marketing or graphics or anything of that sort, so I try to focus on gameplay. I just make games I think would be fun to play and SpeedR is one of them.
