Default Skull Smasher: Puzzle Game from Gilded Skull



SKULL SMASHER is a casual, heavy metal, match-three puzzle game for the iPad®. Tap to smash groups of demonic skulls while trying to stay alive!

Unending levels send you deeper and deeper into the abyss, crushing the skulls of your enemies as you go, sheltered by the protective ring of the pentagram. If the skulls break out of the ring, your living blood will be will be drawn from you making the demon spawn ever stronger!

Decimate colossal boss skulls as they fill up the screen and mess with your bone-crushing plans! Smash their underlings to sap their demonic mana! Arm yourself with a bevy of explosive powerups to aid in your vast skull obliteration.

Game Center Enabled with leaderboards for all three game difficulties (NORMAL, HARD and NIGHTMARE) and achievements to earn! Increase your bonus multiplier and pull off massive feats of destruction to rack up impressive scores!

The longer you play, the harder it gets! Play for as long as you can stay alive!

Don't worry, chances are it will come out on iPhone too. We're just focusing on the iPad version first

The gameplay involves tapping groups of like skulls to smash them. Bosses (much larger skulls) have a circular health meter and receive 'proximity damage' for matches that touch them.

The game is set in a physics engine, gravity is centered in the middle of a circle and new skulls come in from the sides, clunking into place against the other skulls into a roughly circular shape (that turns and reacts to other skulls that hit it).

There are quite a few elements that add depth to the game: power-ups, player health, leveling, a disturbing story. Our focus is on making something beautiful and fun to play...but creepy.

It's going to be one in a series of games we're producing that are kind of like little 'pulp novellas': bite sized, polished and addictive.

Cool. Just wanted some assurance there was substance behind the style.

wow looks really nice. I like the style of your games. But im very excited about Galactic Keepers. Will there be an ipad version too?
