Nemesis 1.5.1 now available, with price drop.

Nemesis, a 3D space shooter with death-match style gameplay, has been updated to version 1.5.1. The principle change in this version is the addition of a training level.

Note: there is also a lite version which is free, so you can try before you buy.

Game Impressions

Really needs calibration for tilt controlls.
The lack of this option makes the game unplayable.

graphics are fine, game seems fun, but controlls are huge issue.

Thanks for the input. There actually is a turn sensitivity slider in the options menu, which is accessible both from the main menu as well as the in-game pause menu.

Just wondering though... what do you feel is hard to control about it? Is it too sensitive, or not sensitive enough? And, what device are you playing it on?

Nothing so bad about the sensitivity, as you said that can be adjusted.

My problem is that for me to keep the ship level, I have to hold my ipod touch 3g in a very particular position. I cannot calibrate the controls to be level at whatever position I am currently holding the device. Most other shooters of this variety have recalibration options in the game options, such as star pagga and others.

Unless I am really losing it, I could not find a way to recalibrate the controls in order to get the device in a position i was comfortable with. This is a relatively easy fix, I assume, as most other tilt type games has this options.

Moreover, I would also encourage the addition of an on-screen joystick control, such as in hawx, and a couple other 3d shooters of this type. However, that may be difficult considering how you have yer buttons set up.

Deathmatch space killing is great, just need a bit 'o calibration.

If I am not mistaken, you are referring to setting the up vector, which is also available in the same menu. If that's not what you mean, could you clarify that?
