How much profit goes to the developer?

I'm just wondering, how much of a cut does the developer get per sale, and how much does Apple get? Also, how much gets taken in tax?

Apple: 30%, developer: 70%.

And then after that Apple takes 30% of your earnings.

From USD revenues Apple takes 30% and a developer gets 70%.
From EURO revenues a developer gets a bit less, EURO prices do not convert directly (according to exchange rates), some deductions seem to occur.

PROFIT is only achieved when you break even (revenue equals costs) so will vary by app.
