"Simple Games"

My Dad is somewhere in his 50's (I don't know where) and he enjoys simple games like Harbor Havoc 3D and Rag-doll Blaster. Do you have any suggestions I can give him? - Would Jelly Car be good? - He's also a HUGE fan of Solitaire.

I'm thinking about getting him Rat on a Scooter XL considering, I feel it's a simple and just plan fun game.

I might get him something like Labyrinth 2 (He likes Labyrinths) Although he doesn't like all the extras in Labyrinth (Lasers, etc).

Could you guys possible provide me with some simple games that would tend to his liking?

Also the original Labyrinth, does that have any of the extras? Because that might be the type of labyrinth game he's interested in.

Also Multiplayer is welcomed, considering that I want to be able to play with my father.

Arcade Solitaire: TriTowers is by far my favorite Solitaire app. It does it well with only a few frills. It's basically flawless in the play style and animation.

I'm pretty sure the first Labyrinth game doesn't have lasers. Aerox would be great too.
Touch Hockey FS5 is simple and multiplayer, plus it's free. Scrabble is really fun and my old folks love it too.

Currently playing Infinity Blade

PathPix is a puzzle game where you connect lines without crossing to form a picture. It sounds simple but it's really fun.

Card Shark Solitaire is great - and it's universal depending on what he has. If he likes Sudoku, then Sudoku2 Pro is great. Also Hangman RSS or Guess the News if he likes word/news games. I like how they are implemented. Perhaps in addition to ones others said above:
Jim & Frank mystery
Cat Physics
Geared
Glyder 2
Virus Laboratory
Peggle
