Any motorcross game like canabalt / monster dash?

Anyone know of a good endless track game kinda like canabalt or monster dash, however with motorcycles and random jumps?

If not, then the "good idea fairy" strikes again, any dev out there feel free to use the idea =P

The only thing kinda close I know of is GI joyride, 2.5D vehicle.

hook champ and super quickhook are kind-of like them

The only one I know of is Moon Buggy which is cheesy as all getout (and used to be free, and IMHO was better with the 2-D moon buggy sprite than the 3D mess that is in there now...)

None of the motorcycle games I've played have an endless mode. I'd love to see one in Motocross Challenge...
