Eliss - multitouch universe

Eliss, looks like a mashup of Bloom with SynthPond

The kinetic gameplay looks fantastic, but $4 is a bit too rich just now.

Any impressions?

Any TOFTT out there?

It certainly looks very artistic and innovative.

I'll be keeping an eye on this one.

It's a shame, the screen shots don't do this game justice, seeing the video is a must.

Web Designer & Developer since 1999.

Games I highly recommend: CozyQuest, Gemmed, Jabeh, Blue Defense, Blue Attack, geoDefense, Hospital Havoc

It looks interesting but I'm holding out until some reviews go up. It reminds me somewhat of Electroplankton on DS.

This game is WONDERFUL.
Really a perfect iPhone only title.
Very unique, very challenging.
Just played the first 4 levels and the difficulty is increasing fast.
The music is great, the sounds and the graphic style very stylish.

There is not a single complaint at the moment. Perfect little game.
VERY fast.

BIG recommendation!

Ya, I watched the video and I'm lost. Looks interesting for sure.

I've been away for awhile, but I'm back.

The gameplay is actually very simple.
Filled circles of different colour are appearing and you have to keep the different colours seperated. If they touch, you loose energy. And from time to time, kind of "gates" appear in one of the filled circle's colour. There you have to drop the filled circle to let it disappear. But the "gates" have different sizes, therefore you have to pinch filled circels togheter to make one big one. Or you devide a bigger one into smaller ones, if the gate is small.

So you are hectically keeping all colours seperated, while bringing them into the right sizes to let them vanish with the gates.

And everytime you make one disappear, little triangels come onto the screen for a short time and if you touch them quickly enough, you get energy back.

Really, it's very easy. You get the whole game in a minute.

thx for the review

Thank you the recommendation, Your Personal Robot.

There's currently a 1 star review up at the US store due to 'difficulty', but it sounds like you didn't have any difficulty at all!
Hopefully your review will balance out the ratings.

Now I just have to decide between Zen Bound or Eliss?!

I like the new vibe of relaxing universal games like these from the indy devs.
