Default This & That

My experience as well. Mentioned it here a while ago but no one at that time had experienced the same phenomenon. Never saw the frogs again - or, then again, maybe I did but simply didn't know for I was never into floods.

Meanwhile, for those seeking to complete this week's set, there is a Golden Stellata in the FrogMart for 766 coins. You'd be a step away from the Golden Aurum Stellata!

Next, in my random thoughts, prior to v. 1.2 of PF, I used to populate my catalog with various colors & patterns of Anura. Now that I have them all (thanks to some prodding on this site), I wonder how others choose what to catalog & why. Clearly, if one has a vast pile of coins, it'd be easy to just buy from the 'dex but not everyone can do that. So how *do* you arrange your catalog?

Totally unrelated, as many here know I've been spending a good deal of time at the NB Support Site as both an advocate for PF (its development, its features, fixing its flaws for truth, justice, & the American way! [oops! got carried away there...sorry]) & a general help to those with problems.

I had suggested in this forum many moons ago that some of the more "advanced" & "knowledgeable" players come over from time to time to help out. Well, someone apparently listened! Thanks, "David," whoever you are! You don't identify yourself as a TA devotée but one of your messages is kind of a giveaway. Fine by me, the more the merrier. The merrier the more likely that PF will see an update before the end of 2012.

p.s.: Many thanks since my last message to those generous souls who sent me lovely froggies: Elektra for the Marine Obaro & the Maroon Signum (Συγχαρητήρια για το 90% του 'dex <--hope I got that right), laura for the Emerald Signum, Nirtew for the Orange Carota & Andi for the Blue Viduo.

I just wanted to thank everyone who has sent me frogs over the last few days! I never know what to send back in return, fearing you already have the frogs I'm sending. I horrible at remembering names, so thank you all.

I have every frog pattern except Ludo, and am currently working on completing all of the weekly sets. I will eventually start the dexing process, but I'm sure I will complete some of that by working on the weekly sets.

Default Cataloging:

Lisi, I used to keep mostly Anuras in my catalog too. Recently, I have been keeping random odds and ends there. Some are breeds not in my habs, a few are request frogs, but most are frogs that were good racers or frogs for breeding later.

Many thanks to JavaRich for this week's set and the Beige Veru!,
Lisi for the White Veru& Bulbus and Marine Bulbus!,
Dom the the Golden Calyx,
Nirtew for a Red and White Verus,
Dean for the Axure Vinaceus,
Nickspark for the Blue Stellata,
Gracesqx for the Violet Sagitta,
Zeady for the Blue Gyrus,
Milow8740 for the Golden Veru,
Laura for the Tangelo Calyx,
and anyone else who sent gifts!

A nice evening to all,

Default Fort Knox

Fort Knox? Well, not quite, but it sure feels that way. Both java AND Elektra sent me full Weekly Sets! Due to MB clutter, first set will be ready to send out to someone here who needs it, late this afternoon (in about 5-6 hours). PLEASE LET ME KNOW either here or via p.m. If no requests, I'll do "eeny, meeny, minee, moe" as my choosing method.

Second set, *hopefully* ready sometime tomorrow - not all frogs are in MB yet & are vying for space with other newer frogs. When all are collected, they will also be gifted but more likely in bits & pieces, checking habs & seeing where the need lies, since many of you will have begun (or finished!) their sets by now.

p.s. Thank you both, java & Elektra, so very much for your great & unexpected generosity.

p.p.s.: Aside from the gift of these "Golden Oldies" (or Golden Young'ins"), I've received some other *very* fine froggies. Thanks to Elektra for the Marine Obara, Red Glacio, Tangelo Mixtus & Maroon Signum, Snappy for the Red Bulbus & Aqua Veru, Nirtew for the Orange Veru & Tangelo Magus & Andi for the Blue Viduo.
