Try power-cycling your device. (Hold down power button, power-off and back on again.) Also you might try Airplane mode before opening PF again, then exit and then stop airplane mode. Sometimes, you may have to remove friends from the list and add them back to get their habitats to display again.

Hey all, I don't know if it's been answered already, but I'm totally stuck on this one baddie (I've attached a screenshot). Can't remember what level this is (the game doesn't tell you what level you're on when you restart?), but he just cleans the floor with me every time and I don't know what to anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you!

If I'm not mistaken, he's a Cocos Folium Nasus (you can tell by the bald green head). He's a level 4, and I don't know what you can do about him.
