It's not awful, just ... unfortunate. My first impression involves my brain arguing with itself over whether it should expand that to "herpes" (or "the herp") or treat it as the Internet meme-esque noise made by people whose brains have either ceased to function, or had no function to cease in the first place. ("Hurrr ... herp derp.")

But then I'm a cynical misanthrope, so take that for what it's worth.

The game itself looks moderately interesting though, if that helps.
