What's the difference with tethered?

From what I understand, if it's tethered, you have to be near a computer to restart your iPod.
But then, I've never jb'd my iPod. I was considering it...and this might just push me over the edge... |

Oh, and before I forget: thanks for posting this! It's a bit over my head, though...I'll wait a few days for a video tutorial. :P
Still, it's great to hear! |

Its really easy. If you have a brain, you should be able to follow instructions right? You do have a brain, right?

Yes, I have a brain. Thank you. What's so idiotic about waiting for a tutorial? I've never messed with my iPod before, that's all, and I barely glanced at the download, as I was doing my calculus homework at the time. I like to consider myself intelligent, anyway...at least I don't have wretched grammar. If you're going to insult my intelligence, please use an apostrophe in "it's," and add a comma before "right" in your second sentence; you make yourself look idiotic by virtue of your laziness. I realize that I'm a newcomer here, but...really, now.
Thanks, Monopoly. I'll shut up now. |

Yea, it's not easy. Even people who did the original tethered jailbreak are having trouble finding a place to drop the new files...
