Nope, Epic War is actually one of pioneer of its kind, the first and second Epic war was released back in 2008, Epic War 3 was released in June 2009. While Crystal war was released just a few months ago. It took a while to port this game to iPhone thats why its only released now..

Looking for beta testers as well

We're also looking for about ten people to betatest the current build. To apply, please email dev [at] menaragames [dot] com with the subject line “EW3 Beta Test Application”. Please also include your device info (UDID, OS, etc) and previous beta testing experience. You can try the flash version (http://www.kongregate.com/games/rudy_sudarto/epic-war-3) to know further about the game first.

Well I recognize Mean Monkey frmo Defender Chronicles & that was one of my favorite games. This will be an insta-buy for me. They supported DC for a long time.

@rogerchiu : Hehe no idea about epic battle fantasy 3, never played it and don't know the developer nor have any relationship with them yet.

@JGary321 : Thanks, we decided to port this game because we thought this game will fit the iDevice really well. I enjoyed the game so much we decided to go though all the trouble with Artlogic to bring this game to the iPhone. This game is pretty epic as the name implies since it has 20 unique monsters with tons of special effects, it took us pretty long (more than 6 months) to port this to the iPhone due to the massive art resource contained within.

Some of the monsters are so huge we had headaches bringing them into the iPhone. Look at the units in the screenshot (flash version ), for example :

Do you need an iPhone or will an iPod Touch work? Also what other information is required for testing other than OS and UDID?
