Light Jockey ($.99)

I saw this in the app store today and though it looked pretty cool.

Has anybody tried it out?

Please post if you have any problems with the game and I'll try to address then asap with an update.

P.S. Does anyone know anyone who can create good soundtracks? This seems like it would be a good venue for their work.

This game kills. The light particle effect is nicely done, and the game itself (so far) has offered a nice challenge.

TBH though dev, I'd prefer some sort of sound effect for the nodes as they fill, instead a BG music update. Users can (and some prefer to) easily play whatever song they want in the background. I think that some sort of sound, or throb, or whatever, to mark progress would be both utilitarian and reinforce the game's isolationist-type aesthetics.

Besides that, great job on this title.

This game deserves much more attention.

I don't even know what to say besides that. This is another awesome Jason Fieldman game.

I do remember seeing something like this as a Flash game before, though. I don't think it's the same thing, but it's similar.

Seriously, though, everybody needs to buy this.
