That's what I use.
But some of them still don't work.

Meh, not a huge deal. I have theme A.D.D so I'll end up switching themes after a few days.

what folder are sbsettings themes stored in?

I had installed the Glasklart sbsettings theme but I don't see it in that folder

That's because SBS themes are located in private>var>mobile>Library>SBSettings.
