The last clue I got was a ripped piece of paper saying 4-15. Now I'm so confused and have no idea what to do next. Also, I've gotten through the tiles in the bathroom but there is a fuse missing. What do I do now???

What do I do with empty fish bowl? can balance scale, and cannot fill it with water to put out fire. already threw the box in

Could anyone just help me out? I've tried setting the color of the globe as the color of 'love' as told on the feedbacks from other users but found out nothing is happening. I'm stuck here with a box of matches after setting fire at the fireplace, a fuse, a jewel, a bowl of gold fish and a ripped piece of paper. Ive no idea what to do anymore. ):
