Default adding an .app to device

How do I add an .app folder to my device using WinSCP? I copied it to the applications folder and set the permissions to 755 and made a folder called documents with 777 in the correct place. however, the app just crashes over and over again even though it appears on the home screen. thanks!

I'm pretty sure you can just sync .app folders like regular apps in iTunes. That's what they do for betas, isn't it?

thanks for the reply. and yeah but i'm trying to create an app and that's the one that i'm trying to put on my device. it's nothing more than a title screen and menu i made with some software. i can only use itunes to transfer it if it's certified by apple.
