No doubt, I am indeed the same exact way man. Theres just some bands in the Pop-Punk era I couldn't take. And a majority of them were on those damn Pop goes Punk albums hahahaaha.
Best wimpy band: Brand New - Guernica.
Haha yeah, Brand New is pretty good. My friend told me about them once, and they were actually decent. I listen to some wimpy crap here and there, but most of it isn't too
bad... The worst it gets usually is Escape the Fate's This War is Ours album (I can't stand their new album aside from 2 songs, and their first album was awesome).
As for MCR, I didn't think that The Black Parade was all that bad, although it just didn't compare to the first two. There were some great songs, though, like Mama (might be my favorite song by them... not sure), The Black Parade, and Teenagers. Still, though, I wish they'd sound more like their first album (which actually had some screaming on it, amazingly enough).
