This game has the core down, and could be the best original shooter on the system in a few updates. But looking to games that nailed the feel of the genre on the iphone for inspiration on ways to improve, can only be seen as a good thing to me. rRootage and noiz2sa are great examples, r-type is a great example, and yes the cave shooters are great examples.

Woah Woah Woah, I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to the guy earlier that was complaining this wasent a CAVE game, and how it needed to be more like it, I agree with what you said there is some things that could be added, but no I didn't direct my comment towards you.

Still love this game, cant stopplayin!

best is 500,000 or so, One thing i have noticed is if you have to pause the game (heaven forbid) and then hitting resume the ship cannot be moved for a few seconds and if an enemys on screen your toast, also is it just me or is the hit box off just a wee tad, sometimes i clear bullets but still get hit.

Really looking forward to the update

Second is the graphics are amazing, but a bit messy with too many bullets onscreen.
The game is also extremely challenging, I still haven't managed to beat the first level on the easiest difficulty yet. o.o'; The bosses are way too hard, they fill the entire screen with bullets.

Acutally the reason why this game is possible on 3G is because the lack of sprites on the screen. If you ever played cave shmup, you'll know the amount of sprites appear on the screen at the same time is just insane. On the contrary, there is not much sprite aside frok bullets and bonuses in this game.

Phoenix is randomized. Phoenix hasn't levels, it's a survival shmup.
