Ah, another Paper Boy, classic stuff. I love the old Paper Boy game that was pulled from the App Store.

Graphics wise, less 3D from the old Paper Boy by Elite Systems Ltd Same price with the old Paper Boy.

Surprised it's not "free" with IAP.

So, wait ... is this a complete from-scratch remake from the Elite version? It looks kinda crappier.

I don't understand this at all. I'm of half a mind to instabuy it, because I always regretted not picking up the Elite one that got pulled.

Think I'll hold back and wait for some impressions though. I can't believe that Glu wouldn't have gotten the license worked out, so this should be hanging around for a while.

Anyone that has played it, how is the music/sound effects? Close to (or better yet accurate to) the arcade?

Playing: Space Ace, Road Blaster, So Long Oregon, Necronomicon CG, 7th Guest, Deathsmiles
Waiting for: Mad Dog McCree, 11th Hour, Necronomicon CG update!

Colour me confused as well. I'm not particularly impressed with the graphics in this one -- it seems to be halfway between retro and redux with a side of MS Paint, and I'm not diggin' it. It seems really out of character for Glu. I just want to know what the hell is going on.
